FlyInside FSX will not undock ATC window or any in game

So I have been having this issue with FlyInside. Everytime there is an ingame window such as ATC or in game menus it will not undock it, lock up and flicker with a black screen. If I close the window it goes back to normal and everything works. Does anyone have any suggestions?
