Thanks for the great product and help! thanks tony! now time to go buy the TDFI 717 and really try her out

exactly the same problem except HDR was disabled by fly inside, I tried toggling but no joy. Any more ideas?

I have the latest version of Flyinside, P3dv4.1 running on windows 10. The processor is a i7-7700k OC at 4.9GHz with an 1080Ti Gpu. Drivers all updated today. P3dv4.1 started with Fly inside and loads completely but once the airport graphics are finalized, the rendering error occures. The log is attached.....somewhere on the forum I think I saw something about resetting the shaders, but now I can't find it. For the record, I do have PTA and Envtex installed, not using weather for this test.

While I must admit VR has been a big disappointment, the resolution simply isn't good enough to even find an airport at 5 miles. I am hoping that FlyInside will improve on this, but at this stage I can't use it to find out. Also as a note: Trying Aerofly FS2 didn't result in that big of an improvement from P3Dv4.1 native. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.

Thank you
Henry

This post may help some..... = viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6090&p=26206&hilit=shaders#p26206

Also just to confirm....HDR is disabled in this release but is on the future map to be added, sadly no timescale.

Thanks for the quick replies....I am currently away from the computer but I will disconnect the second monitor and I will take Tony's suggestions as well. I did confirm that HDR was off. FI did in fact resize and turn off HDR at the beginning of the program. Before I left I also confirmed that after the error, P3dv4.1 froze but not the computer.

I will try tonight and report back.

Thanks,
Henry

No Joy.
I cleaned out the shaders, removed PTA and Envtex, and used no weather. I actually loaded the airport this time, but crashed as soon as I tried to do anything. I have read the forum and see others with similar problems but really no solutions. For me, FI just isn't working.....VR, while terrible on P3Dv4.1 runs fine native, the resolution is just unacceptable, and VR works fine in AeroSky FS2, still with bad resolution, but nothing in FI.
