I have the wall of fog too happening here and there. Unclear what is causing it... sometime I fly for hours without issues sometime suddendly I get the wall of fog.

This happens on the ground, when loading a flight. It is driving me mad!

Ok, so it seems that for soem reason FI XP 1.71 gets my visibility down for no reason.
My quick fix has been loading up a modified version of the RTH package... which seems to fix the wallofhaze issue...

I'm from the XEnviro team, main developers are working towards VR, results should be anywhere in march. Developers of FI, you can contact me so I can get you to the main developer, that would help I think. As well as I can be on beta test team for your product as well.
