how do I find the settings for FLyinside?

Looked almost everywhere and cannot find any settings for this software.

Which settings specifically? All settings can be found at the main screen. To bring up the menu during flight you will use whichever button you assigned to menu.

That is the problem I cannot locate the setting file for Flyinside to set a button for it's menu.

Go to appdata/roaming/flyinside folder and delete the flyinside config file and restart Flyinside. You should then be given an option to bind a key or button press on your joystick for the interaction button. When done you'll see the Flyinside User Interface and from there you can tweak away
