Is the DK-2 still relevant?

Postby drumsonly2002 » Mon Mar 05, 2018 2:19 am

I bought a DK-2 with leap motion then stored it away. Was thinking about the 8k Pimax but got to thinking the DK-2 may be worthy for FSX as the frame rates would be better than a higher resolution unit on my rig. Though the eye candy may be lacking, be a good starter unit until I can ramp a computer that will handle the high rez Pimax when it comes out.
Anyone here still rocking the old DK-2? All thoughts welcomed, thanks.

I'm still using the DK2. It works fine on Home 1.23. Not sure about Core 2.0 though. Just to be sure, I firewalled the Oculus process responsible for the Auto updates. Officially, it's no longer supported, and the next auto update might render it useless.
