CTD P3Dv4.1 1st time happening

Attached should be the FI CTD error report.

P3Dv4.1
Windows 10 Fall Creator 1709 64 Pro

Flight was from KIDA to KJAC and about 20miles west of KJAC and about 30 minutes into the flight.
Aerosoft Catalina, Orbx products.

Recent sim changes was removing re-shade but no error with that it seemed.
Prior to CTD I was trying to open ATC window but my controls got reset to default settings after installing FS2Crew for the Dash 8 so not sure if I had ATC assigned via P3D or FSUIPC.

Any word from the FI team as to what this error is about? I've had many successful flights after this and its been my first and only CTD from FI of using P3Dv3, v4 and XP so I am hoping it is a one time thing but still interested in knowing if the attached info tells anything as to what happened.

I had a little look mate, can't see anything serious. Looks like FI and your apps got a little confused chatting with each other. If it happens again then please let me know asap

Thank you Tony. I feel that is what might of happened as well as I said it was my first CTD with FI and I've had many many flights on the various platforms. But since there was an error report generated, just wanted to make sure.
