Crash on approach

This has happened several times recently. Not sure if it is recent installs (VoxATC and AS16) or something else. It is very annoying because I do the full flight setup, fly all the way to destination and then when making approach, Flyinside crashes. Most recently it was KSFO-KLAX. Wasn't on final this time, but descending through about 10,000 feet.

5820k, Win10 Home 64, 16 GB Ram, P3D v3.4, ORBX Global, Vector, OpenLC, Rex texture direct/soft clouds, AS16, VoxATC (though I wasn't using it at the time)

had the same issue

was flying PMDG 737 using OC

VOXATC, UK2000 EGLL, ORBX Global, ORBX England. AS16 P3D v4.1

Can you try if that also happens without VoxATC?

Same or related issue on my second flight in an Xtreme Prototypes Learjet 25 on a freshly installed P3Dv4 with Active Sky, UTLive, Flight1 GTN Complete (GTN 750 in use) and OrbX scenery:

I didn't fly for months because the stability issues were driving me nuts.
I have to admit I thought a fresh start with a new P3Dv4 and fewer addons and generic cruft would help.

Does this also happen with stock aircraft at another airport?

It did not happen on my first flight from the same airport to another destination in the same aircraft with the same addons, plugins and scenery, so it's just some random crash and it's everybody's guess what triggers it.

I don't have anything else useful to add. I won't touch P3D/FI for a while. The stability issues have exceeded my personal pain threshold. I'll try the alternatives for a bit.

Are you using any shaders? Like the ultimate realism pack?
Other users solved that error by resetting their shaders to default

As I said, it's a fresh install of P3D with the addons I mentioned. Nothing more. I didn't even tweak the config. No modifications to shaders or anything like that.
