Here's another vote for Process Lasso that transformed my VR experience. It doesn't help the sim as much as it helps FlyInside. You have to make sure that you include the active process of FI when you are configuring. It will show up among the active processes when the sim and FI are running. Follow exactly the instructions on the video......

EDIT: I should mention that with Process Lasso, you turn off ASW in FlyInside. You don't need it - the frames never fall below 90. Sometimes they reach 95.

You could try Process Lasso if it'd be because of the CPU:
Also worth a try for the GPU:
Compare your NVIDIA settings with those of other users. Do you VSYNC on? VSYNC could limit the fps to 30....
Downgrade all your X-Plane GFX settings to the minimum - just to see if it makes any difference. Turn VR optimisations ON. Disable every kind of Anti-Aliasing....

Thanks Stevil/Quijote.
Too early, too inexperienced to tell which is the culprit. But I just installed Process Lasso (thanks Quijote) and checking it out now.
Never use VSYNC - confirmed OFF.
Tuned all XP11 setting down to bare minimum (lowest) - still got the jitters. Getting it in DCS Alpha & Beta also, so I will give Process Lasso a shot.

RESOLVED :D :D :D :D :D
Fixed by Process Lasso!!
It broke up the fighting over the CPU cores and put everyone in their separate corners. I classified Oculus services, Flyinside, and X-Plane 11 as High Performance services - Not one stutter, pause or lag. (helped with DCS too)
Thanks to everyone that helped me with this - Tony, Stevil, Dan, 3MonitorsToo, Quijote. I owe you guys quite a lot. Thanks.
