Update: I ended up reinstalling EZCA and the cockpit reappeared.
I re-uninstalled and also deleted the cameras.cfg and let P3d recreated one, but no luck.

There are known issues with EZCA with FlyInside, not sure why removing it causes issues though. Did you check you came as.cfg for changes?

Update: it looks like p3d was loading using the 2d cockpit and I had to reselect the VC. I don't think anymore this issue is related to FI.
