Be sure to include what hardware, software, and versions you are running

This is a strange error. Can you check that you have Aero/transparency enabled in your Windows theme?

It looks like FlyInside is unable to open desktop capture for some reason or another. Could you also check whether you have the latest Windows 7 Service Packs installed?
