Off runway problem

Hi is there a reason when you go off the runway and look out the window it always looks like you are not on the ground its like you are hovering above the ground but only on the grass. Also the clouds when flying through them and moving your head they move out of the way looks werd lol

If you are using Prepar3D, does turning off Tessellation fix this? Also, only seeing this bug on the grass, or also with runways?
