Using Prepar3D 3.4 with HTC Vive. Using latest Steam VR Beta. I have Leap Motion 3.2.0 installed.
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 970 v376.19 Drivers
Windows 10 16gb RAM

This has happened to me a few times but its random. This particular one I managed to catch to get a screenshot. It happened seconds after entering the cockpit.
