Flyinside / FSX-SE / no Virtual Cockpit

when I start FSX-SE with Flyinside (1.6), everything works ok, but I cannot set and get "Virtual Cockpit"
and I cannot see 3D-Cockpit
and: i cannot use the Menue-Button

is there anyone, who can help me or
has similar problems

my Configuration
Hardware: i7 6700k, 16GB Mem, 512GB SSD, Graphic: MSI GTX970
Oculus Rift CV1,
Software: MS-Windows10/64 Pro, FSX-SE, Flyinside 1.6.2

I have a small success:
I get the Virtual Cockpit (VC) when I start via "Free-Flight" ,

but there are still many problems:
1. after about 30 seconds the sound is gone
2. after some time FSX-SE crashes
3. VC does not work, when i go to fly via "mission"
4. the whole Cockpit is "hopping" up and down

where should I look for the problems:
- settings of oculus rift? I reduced display resolution; no effect
- settings of FSX-SE? I reduced display-settings von ultra-high to high: no effect
- performance of my graphic-Card (too weak?)

i would be glad, if there is someone, who has an idea!
