when useing rift with flyinside how to set computer monitor to full screen,my only like half screen.

The desktop window follows the FOV of a single eye for technical reasons, hence the weird aspect ratio. If you'd like a wider view you can pop open "FlyInside Menu -> Show Mirror Window" (the button the left-hand pane), and maximize the mirror window
