New P3D V3.4 Install Troubleshoot

Dear all,

I just installed Rift, clicked FlyInside P3D. P3D loads with one resized window but I get nothing but a compatibility error message in the Rift. The single resized P3D window tracks however but nothing in headset. Any ideas???

Hi Howard and a warm welcome. Are you sure you downloaded the correct version of flyinside ? Not saying you have but it does happen. Are you using any camera utilities ? Can you post you win version and pc specs please ?

Thanks for the reply Tony. Just figured it out! I had to go to the Oculus settings tab and enable unauthorized software use. Did the job!

One quick question Tony? I took the defaults which disables my mouse. How can I reenable it? It's more convenient.

Go to FI user interface and check the box next to enable mouse

Just a stupid question:

as far as I understood, FlyInside does not yet work with P3D V3.4?
(It would be great if I were wrong, because I find its native VR useless.)

Flyinside 1.8 works with p3d ver3.4 not working yet for ver4
