It would be possible to use 2 oculus in 1 game?

At the moment, only If said game was being played on two or more networked PCs. As far as I know, you still cannot plug more than one Rift into a single PC.

Suppose 2 oculus are connected to 2 gpu? Maybe there is a possibility by the flyinside crew to make some software that makes it possible to fly together in one cockpit.

Xplane already has a plugin that can allow two players to fly in the same aircraft, but that would be on 2 pcs, unless Oculus can develop a way for a single PC to drive more than one headset and Xplane/FI could be changed to allow 2 independent viewpoints.

Not possible because you'd need to render 2 different perspectives in game. As Greyman said it would take 2 rifts, 2 instances of flyinside and 2 pc's.
