joystick not working

Greeting from EasternHops,
Hello I am CEO/Founder of EasternHops FSX on the Steam Network. I am working with one of my guys that have just bought the Riff with hand controllers when he starts up fly inside and starts up FSX his joystick for the stops working any idea what we can try to fix this.

Hi mate, what joystick ? Has he tried running Flyinside, letting FSX start then unplug the joystick USB then plugging it back in again ?

extreme 3d pro is the joystick, yes tried restarting pc, changing USB ports

Does he have enough power going through the USB ports ? Try another stick or a powered USB hub?

thanks for the reply ... He is not using a powered hub he is plugging it to the PC and the joystick works when he turns off flyinside program....

I was just suggesting with Flyinside, the HMD and peripherals he might not have enough usb power ???
