Shudder when head is turning

For some reason in FSX, the cockpit and world scenery does a very high frequency shudder as i look around. Frames are high and tracking is smooth, but the cockpit and world is shuddering as if im using my sonic tooth brush. All other VR games are smooth, only happens with flyinside.

I7 8086K all 6 cores at 5.0GHz
GTX 1080Ti OC
