Virtavia F-106 black screen

Hello. im trying to fly the Virtavia F-106 delta dart steam edition, with steam edition of FSX. Every time the aircraft loads, its a pure black screen. I've reinstalled everything several times, but nothing seems to work. any ideas?

You need to find and amend a line in the panel.cfg file for the aircraft.
render_3d_window=0
