d3dx9_43.dll is missing

My son and I are both getting 'new' computers for Christmas. What I actually did is upgrade some components of mine, and used those to build him a new one too.

Seeing as I did all the work, I got to get mine early. After getting windows 10 installed, I downloaded X-Plane, and then FlyInside for XP. When I started FlyInside, I got the following error: "the program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer."

I did some research, and ended up running the directx web installer, and that solved the problem. Initially, I was confused because the web installer says it updates DirectX 9.0c and previous versions, and I already had DirectX12 installed. You can find the web installer here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

Seeing as Christmas is around the corner, I thought others might run into the same problem.
