Shutting FI down like P3D help

So I am trying to remember what file P3D uses to shut down the addons it opens so I can edit the FI same file to shut down certain addons.

Example:
When I start P3Dv4 (3 was the same) It opens my GoFlight, Ultimate Traffic Live and other things. When I close P3Dv4 it closes them.

Now when I start FlyInside it opens all the same stuff but it does not close them. So I have to manually shut them down.

I have a feeling its just a simple copy and paste of the right info to indicate to shut down these items as I have done that years ago in the past for something but cant remeber what dll or exe or cfg file it is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
