I just bought me a new pc. Now I have to reinstall everything onto the new System. Including my FSX and flyInside. Is there anything I need to consider when it comes to reactivating the license on the new pc?

Nope you should be good to go. Just put the activation license in again. Any probs then let me know via my email in my sig
