FSX SE Time and Season Issue

Just wanted ask for help

My flight sim FSX SE is giving me problems
I do not want to blame the Flyinside but since the install I cannot change the time and season on my FSX SE,
The FSX SE is locked to the time of my PC (Clock).

Here is an Example :- My PC time set to 11.45pm.

With the FSX SE running I simply change the time in my pc and FSX SE starts to changes too.

When I change the time and season on the FSX SE to the desired time or day it starts to generate and loads
as per normal but as soon as soon as it finishes loading she re starts to reload again and goose back to 11,45 pm which is the time that is set on pc.
"Example My PC clock time is Set as 11,45pm and I have selected day time 12am on FSX SE"


My fellow online mates and myself have tried to change all the setting on flight sim even done all the update from steam,
and placed all the settings in the same way as they have but with no avail.


I have never ever come across this before.
Could it be the Flyinside that has a setting that designates the FSX do acquire the local time?
