As I've written, there is no "take-and-run" tactic. It wouldn't make any sense for us not to unlock the full version for paying customers, that'd be a sure-fire way to upset people, and zero benefit to ourselves. You've purchased from us before successfully, please have a little faith in us here. There's some sort of technical glitch or misunderstanding going on, which we're doing our best to resolve.
Is there a different e-mail address you may have contacted from (besides the one you registered on the forum with), and did you reach out to
support@flyinside-fsx.com, or a different address ? I can't find any e-mails from your AOL account in our inbox, and I double checked on spam too. If that's your best e-mail I'll try contacting you from mine.
