I bought FSX so I could fly in VR. Nothing. Just like the money disappeared, EVERYTHING ELSE I BOUGHT NO PROBLEM.

Yes. I bought Flyinside, Then I went back to the website and bought flyinside VR for FSX. Paid and no email with a password so I can access FSX VR.

You don't actually get a second login. The product gets added to your account, and then you can activate using your existing flyinside-fsx.com username/password (after installing the FlyInside FSX trial from our website). If you need a password reset shoot an e-mail to support@flyinside-fsx.com . Thanks for your purchase :)

Tried using my existing email and password. I get a YOU DO NOT OWN FSX inside flight

Thanks for my purchase. I got nothing theft is what it is called where I am from. So you just took my money and that is that.

It appears stupid me bought this on the 13th seps according to my credit card statement, so I in fact bought it twice and still have nothing. Seems there is no help to sort this out either from you. Why is that.

My apologies dellboy. It's an automated system, so it's possible an error occurred on our end, or that you created an account under a second/third e-mail. If you could send your order number (starts with FLY) to support we'll get this sorted out first thing tomorrow morning as soon as we're in the office. We didn't know you were waiting on any order until now, or we would've fixed it earlier. If you could send both orders, we'll get the duplicate refunded.
