Can you confirm you notice this in P3dv3 with flyinside ( just to be sure we are talking of the same thing)
Strange ? Did you made something special ??
Other people in avsim forum notice that now there is spinning clouds with flyinside but no more in native p3d ( after shader cleaning)...so i suspect that new shaders could solve this problem, but not a lot of comment about i hear..

Apologies, I missed that you were flying in V3. Yes, the spinning clouds were absolutely present in v3 regardless of what you did, they are gone in v4.

No I fly in v4. I was asking this just to be sure we speak the same think. So to conclude some people see spinning clouds in V4 and other not :o what is the trick ? Tony or Dany can help us ??
