This may help some. Just got a GTX980 and when I start P3D the monitor screen is black. If I press control Alt Tab and click task manager then all is back. Just shut task manager. Anyone else get this ?

I don't see that Tony. Or at least didn't last time I tried it. But I updated my nvidia driver since then.

I think it's an issue with extended mode as it doesn't do it on direct mode.

Ah! You run in extended? I run in direct. I wonder if that can cause a difference in performance too?
