runways and taxi lights to bright / orby

its been like this since i have had it tbh lol but i woundered if anyone else had sorted the issue where the lights look to bright n orby through the headset they dont look to bad on screen but they do through the headset any help appreciated as usual and also does anyone think 12gb ddr3 is enough or? i have another 4gb corsair dominator ram on the way but does the ram really make much fps increase with flyinside?
