SimConnectWindow won't close

SimConnectWindow won't close

When the SimConnectWindow comes up in P3d v4, I close it with the red x button, it keeps returning by it self. Is this a bug or something else?
Win10 64 CPU I7 32GB Ram 7700K @ 4.8 GHz GTX 1080 P3D v4.2 CV1

I was referring to the pop up window. Had to do a P3d re-install, now no problem. I'm pretty sure it had something to do with pro atc/x, which I didn't re-install.
