I've been getting this same error a lot.

Happens when I start at a non-default airport.

To avoid it happening I have to start at a default airport, and then move to a non-default airport (one with custom scenery)

Otherwise Flyinside crashes with this same error.

I've done multiple complete reinstalls of my whole system to try and fix this, but no luck

I'm going to reinstall from a fresh windows 10 install this weekend, and hopefully get to the bottom of whats causing this line 117 bug.

Its 100% not happening on a default P3d v4.4 install. I've just tested that.

Will be making backups after every addon is installed

CTD's start happening after PMDG 737 and ORBX base + Australia get installed. CTD's are regular, every second so or flight/

Uninstalling ORBX base and Australia don't make the CTD's go away.

I'm going to go back to my default setup backup and reinstall just the PMDG 737 and see if this works OK

After 10+ reinstalls and 50+ test flights, I'm sure this CTD is being caused by ORBX. I got 1 CTD with the default setup + PMDG 737. And prob something like 25+ flight with PMDG + ORBX caused a CTD.

Tomorrow I'm going to do some more testing with default + PMDG, and also going to test default +ORBX with no PMDG, just in case its an issue with having both PMDG and ORBX installed.

I've solved this and got all my add-ons working by doing a complete reinstall and not installing ORBX global base.

It seems to be an interaction problem between the PMDG and Flyinside and ORBX base.

and uninstalling ORBX base won't fix it, you have to have an install that has never had ORBX base installed on it.

This seems to have fixed the issue for me and I'm flying trouble free again.
