scrambled virtual desktop

I cannot view the virtual desktop because it is scrambled/blurred/garbled inside HMD. I need to access the virtual desktop to view PDF, vpilot, teamspeak etc during flights. Now I have to put down HMD and put on my glasses every time I need to access these programs. It is really unflyable during online events to say the least.

BTW, I don't like to import these program windows into virtual cockpit. The VC resolution is too low and often times the windows cannot stay at one place and it is a struggle to find them underneath the seat, outside the airplane, hiding behind a pillar etc.
