I have found that sometimes when I use the P key to pause the flight, when I resume the pop up windows are scattered at crazy angles in random positions. A mouse click on the border of each restores the correct angle, and they can then be moved back to the desired position. This is ok when on the ground, but far from ideal when in the air.

I have now found this also happens when I pause with an imported, rather than a pop-up, window. I couldn't get the imported window to reset to a "normal" position, it stubbornly refused to budge from upside-down at a crazy angle.
