Windows have no border and can not be moved

I am actually very satisfied with Flyinside for P3D.But I have a little problem opening windows or. when moving.From the Oculus Rift I know that the windows are outlined in blue.I first uninstalled Flyinside for Oculus Rift and then installed the version for HP Reverb.Is there a setting or something else to solve the problem?
