P3D and Flyinside Won't Fire Up

I bought flyinside for P3Dv4.5 today (I didn't do the trial before I bought
) and I've found that once I've installed flyinside and start P3D I get asked a message from Flyinside to reconfigure my settings to suit the program. However the sim never makes it to the menu screen and just completely cuts out.
I do have tomato shade installed so could that be a problem?
