Software not working

I recently installed flyinside to work in conjunction with the rift however after I have installed flyinside p3dv4.5 fails to launch after flyinside has made the cfg changes required. I have tomato shade installed so could this be an issue?
Can you please provide me with some help, I am willing to provide you with whatever is needed.
