No power

Postby peter225 » Wed Jan 29, 2020 10:13 am

Hi,
Sim: P3dv4.5 latest download
VR : Oculus rift S
Fly: flyinside_p3d4_pro_1.98_ovr_1300
Veh: Aerosoft airbus 330 pro
All seems well with set up and can taxi to runway then when I try to take off there is no power. Thrust levers go to take off indent. On instrument panel both green dots go fully round but the green line stays in the idle position and there is nothing but Idle power. All other native aircraft can go to full power, also if I change to the native VR the bus powers up as normal. Any suggestion please, Thanks peter

Wow that's a bizarre one ??? There is nothing that would interfere with engine operations unless you have them mapped in Flyinside to another axis mate ?

Hi thanks for your reply. Not using oculus controls at all using Thrustmaster T16000M joystick and TWCS throttle controls with mouse. Funny thing is works ok with the Airbus A320 pro and as I said with the native VR

Hi mate ok let's try a few things. Is the TWCS showing up in P3D selection ok ? Try unplugging it when game is running with Flyinside and plug it back in and retest. Also unplug it and try taking off with keyboard thrust within Flyinside. Got to be a simple cause hopefully. Never had this one before...please let me know ;)

Then find your Flyinside.ini under appdata/roaming. Delete that and restart Flyinside. This may reset your password so will need to be put in again plus you will have to set up controls again.

Hi Tony
Tried all you advised but sorry to say no luck, but what is really bugging me is the fact that it is only happening on one type of aircraft and then its only with flyinside. Having said that everything else is as it should be even to the man to/ga and a/thr on the fmc when the throttles are pushed forward. all I can say it must be in the codeing between flyinside and the A330 but that is beyond me. I am away now until Sunday but will check any other ideas you may have as soon as I get home. Thanks once again
ps This is the raw version of the A330 we were advise this by Aerosoft so waiting for service pack one, which may solve it or not
