The presence in the B747 is quite amazing. You do really feel like you're up in the cockpit trying to taxi this behemoth. Awesome feeling

Do we want to have the latest version of Xplane for the Beta FI ? How does the performance seem - about the same as P3D - or better?

Hi Dave. I bought 10.5 that gives you 11 when it's released. I find the fps smooth as silk with certain aircraft and situations but it's all in what another user owns pc wise. Night flying is totally different to p3d or fsx. Feels so much more immersive. And the feel of the cockpit in some aircraft is just "wow"
One thing I will add, it's hard as a fairly new user of x-plane, where to find aircraft with lovely VC cockpits that don't cost an arm and leg
