I have not yet received the key to activate Flyinside XP, even after several attempts to send the same

Got my invoice but never got a key either. Could you look into my Auth key too please?

I'm also waiting for an activation. I took your advice and emailed the above address a number of hours ago. I've still not recieved a key.

Me too - purchased yesterday, emailed support an hour later and since then nothing.

Me I activate the p3d for cv1 2 months ago was working fine and now doesn't recognize my activation. I send many emails to the support but no answer.

Hi All,

You should all have received those activations via e-mail now :) I try to answer activation/password related support e-mails within 24 hours, but can slip to 48 hrs when traveling (it's Thanksgiving holiday here in the USA). For anyone else hitting issues, check your Spam folder, try the Reset Password option on flyinside-fsx.com, and e-mail support@flyinside-fsx.com. I'll be back to you as quickly as I'm able, but expect that it may take up to 24 hours, especially if you e-mail at night or on weekends.

EDIT: And thank you for your purchases. It keeps our doors open and development going. I understand that it can be frustrating when activation e-mails fail to arrive, so we're looking into a dedicated support staff so that we can answer these e-mails more quickly than I can do on my own.
