Fix pointer issue

I noticed that pointer active spot is not on the tip of the arrow or finger(hand). It rather somewhere in the middle so I often miss the spot I want to press. Could you please have more testing with it and fix it maybe?

Could you confirm if this is true with stock X-Plane (not in FlyInside) as well? I'm trying to track down the cause of this, but it almost seems like an X-Plane bug :?:
