XPlane FPS in VR

What FPS is everyone getting in VR in Xplane10. I'm using Oculus DK2 & waiting for version 11 on DVD to be released before using VR, that is if my system can handle it.

I'm getting about 27 or so usually. not spectacular, but I can live with it.

Texure extreme
Resoultion 1620p
Tree overgreen
Object tons
Road tons
Traffic siberia
Distance very high
APdetail extreme
Shadow statics
WaterR default
Anti x2, AF x4
Skymaxx pro, no hd mesh
=30 or 45fps stable
I5-4690k 8g gtx1070
Texure extreme
Resoultion 1620p
Tree overgreen
Object tons
Road tons
Traffic siberia
Distance very high
