Flyinside Menu Pop up

I'm using Xplane 10.5 with Flyinside 1.71. When attempting to fly the Dreamfoil R22 The Flyinside menu (blue screen 'waiting for sim') keeps popping up every five seconds, stays for about five seconds then disappears. I've reinstalled Flyinside, rebooted several times with the same results. It's not aircraft specific, same symptoms on other aircraft.

Any ideas?

Try lowering your settings a bit mate. Also can you please post your system specs and windows version please so we can help you

Thanks for getting back to me. For reference I had success with this system on P3D using the Dodosim206.

What settings should I turn down that would make a significant difference?

i7-6700 3.4ghz
16.0GB Ram
GTX980Ti

Nice one Mike, xp11 is a resource hog at the moment and hopefully Laminar will get that under control in later releases so we can all crank up the eye candy
