Is that stock cessna ? Can you tell me if you have any plugins ? All are you all stock. Post a pic of your settings page and I'll see if I can re-create it ?

I'm using the default C172 Cessna.
by the way. does FI have a separate config file in XP (like in fsx/p3d?) or is there only a single config file?
I've checked also xp10 and there it's all okay.

I'm pretty sure i'm seeing a decrease in ATW with PB5.. dips as low as 67.. rather than locked at 92 all held equal after the change
