Xenviro 1.06 issue with distant clouds above lake etc?

I'm having a weird issue with Xenviro + FI.. i know there may be some other issues with Xenviro in general with FI, but this one in particular is weird.. its like its drawing distant clouds but they form a line/wall in the distance above the lake.. in this case by chicago.. i do not see this effect with 2D however.. Its only visible after having launched XP11 PB5 from FI.. if you launch in 2D, this isnt there

I believe that has something to do with reflections ? Dan has done something there I believe and disabled something to do with them ? Also, what distance are you settings in XP ? Try a 100 miles and see if that still happens ?

Distance settings in XP or xenviro? in xenviro they are set to 160KM max visible range and 30 for Min (the optimal button)..

Actually even worse, i think clouds that it generates in FI/VR dont show up (but the frame rate takes a hit).. switch to 2D, there they are (goes from say clear in FI with xenviro to cloudy in 2D)

I found that lowering the Xenviro scattering setting from 100 to nothing helped a bit.. you can see this band on the horizon even in nyc (nycx).. its still there, even at 0%.. not an ideal solution either... (this is with reflections off, etc)

Hi theskyisthelimit99, How are you dealing with the masking issue in 1.06 btw? I am still running 1.04 thinking there was no workaround for the masking issue in 1.06.

I actually just rolled back to 1.04. So no issues. No need to minimize first either
