Well...I did some more tests and got a similar effect even on XP 10.51, where is possible to disable the hypoxia/gload effect. Perhaps it is indeed a graphic glitch of some kind??

I too have this problem with XP11, that's why I've just stopped using it. I don't think it's hypoxia, more likely to be a bug. Not sure if it's the same problem with HDR, have you tried with HDR off ?
I also have FI P3D, and never had this problem. I'm just waiting for some patchs...

I think you´ve nailed it!! Tested for over an hour and no blackouts. Of course, without HDR everything looks really dark and and there are weird graphical glitches everywhere. It could, at least, help fixing this bug. Thanks!!

Just reporting that apparently PB8 fixed the issue! Just did a flight for over 1 hour with HDR and no black screen!

I did several flights yesterday. Three "blackouts" after 5min each and then everything was fine.
My suggestion is to do more flights...

1st start: black screen after 5min. Restart of FlyInside and X-Plane 11
2nd start: black screen and restart
3rd start: could fly for 1,5h without black screen

This happens to me as well in the Dreamfoil AS350 Helicopter. Not often though and no way of finding a cause. I am on XP11b8. I found that if you pause the sim, go to graphics settings change the Windowed mode to full and then back again it fixes it. A bit like it causes the graphics buffer to be re-written.

Yeah, also getting blackouts again on PB8 with HDR on. The workaround mentioned above worked only when I turned HDR off.

Same issue here. Cockpit gets a black mask sometimes and other times the windows get a black "newspaper" like opaque blackout.
Turning HDR off fixes the first issue
