I will try flying my usual route that I can never finish with low texture settings, when I get rid of this night-shift induced headache, but to be honest that's not even a temporary solution, it's like not having scenery at all. :(

BTW, the last time I tried with pb17, at around the usual black-screen time I didn't get a black screen, instead I got a transparent (but distorting) cockpit, then after a few more minutes of flying in that glass plane came a crash to desktop.

That's not meant to be a solution. It's just to see if it has the same effect on another rig than mine

OK. I've tried it. LHBP-EDDM, with maximum texture quality I had black screen or in the last instance ctd right after starting descent about 5 times in a row and I hadn't been able to finish it yet. Now, with low texture quality I could land without any problems, so yes, it does have an effect. (Memory leak?) Also I've changed my mind, it IS a temporary solution, the vector and the autogen stuff still look better than anything FSX or P3D have ever been able to offer, but still I hope you guys will find a fix for this fast. (And the clouds rendered differently in each eye thingy, that's a killer as well). So thanks for the advice.

Thanks for trying it out. Dan is working hard on it! But at least you confirmed my experience:)

Just chipping in here with information that I can no longer actually start X-Plane 11 in FlyInside - it's a brief glimpse of the loading screen and then straight to black. Nothing else happens.

X-Plane 11 works fine on the monitor.

Cheers,

Im getting the black screen as well. Everything was going great with high fps then a brief moment of judder and all black, this is with XP10. By Going into the xplane menu and changing the AA setting to something else I was able to continue the flight, the black screen went away. Then about 15 minutes later everything went black again, and xplane crashed, with a display driver stopped responding error. Seems like the issue could be related to AA. Heres my crash report.

Have you tried setting texture quality to "low"?

I've just tried to fly back to LHBP, and after top of descent the cockpit went black. I've tried to change antialiasing settings, but it had no effect, the cockpit remained black. Changed in xplane to fxaa, nothing, to 2xMSAA in flyinside, nothing, xplane one notch higher, nothing, 4x msaa in flyinside and then it crashed.
Flyinside Fatal Error (W:0)
Rendering/OpenGL/FBO.cpp Line 112
This was with Low texture quality. O well, I'll stick to short VFR flight for now until this is resolved, I can't stand the black squares at the horizon when using non-HDR :(

I've looked through all the previous error logs and those were Rendering\D3D11\D3D11Context.cpp: Line 116, this is the only one with the opengl crash. But this is also the only one where I tried to fiddle with AA settings after it went black.
