Postby nils16 » Thu Mar 02, 2017 11:23 am

Hi all

I have a HTC Vive.
I bought Xplane 11 (PB13) the normal Version. Not Steam Edition.
I installed Flyinsinside V1.73 HTC Vive edition in the Same directory as XP11.

When i try to Launch FlyInside I always get error "Error 0xc000007b"

Image

Before I had P3D running fine with Flyinside for P3d. I uninstalled P3d and Flyinside for p3d...

i7 2600k@4.25GHz
GTX970
16GB Ram
Win10 x64

Can anyone help me please.

I bought XP 11 because of "Ortho4XP" sceneries. Its amazing!

Hi Nils,

willkommen :)

We already had that case before, take a look here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4048&p=17929&hilit=0xc000007b#p17929
Did the demo work fine for you? Are your drivers up to date?

Hallo

Yeah I already tried to upgrade/ refresh DX. Didn`t work out.
Well I try the Demo now of FlInside until i can check if it works. Then I`m gonna buy the full version.
I also did a reinstall of FI and XP11.

I`m stuck. All drives up to date.

Hmmm okay.
Let's try the FlyInside XP trial/demo and see if it works. I will try to get some more information from the team in the meanwhile.
By the way: Could you please update your signature with your spec? Take mine for example and just put your stuff in it.

Das kriegen wir schon hin:)

Cheers

Also XP11 starts with same error and don`t start at all.

Nils,

I have an assumption:
Could you please try and install the "All in One Runtimes 2.4.0"? It could be that the error is not due to FlyInside but due to some missing dll of the runtime package. Smells like some missing Visual C++ runtime files missing ;)

Do a google search or take this one: http://www.chip.de/downloads/All-in-One ... 49838.html

Viele Grüße
Stephan:)

Here's what I found from another forum (not x-plane linked):

Googling error code revealed that it stands for missing DLLs or EXEs, so i ran Launcher.exe through the app called DependecyWalker which shows what libs are missing/incorrect and it turned out to be MSVCR100.dll which is a part of VCRedist 2010 (the one i got installed was x86 and you need x64 to run it) after installing VC2010 it worked as expected, and that is crash on loading :D (Windows 8.1)

Link for dependencywalker - http://www.dependencywalker.com/

OR that one

I also think it is somewhat based because of some VC runtime missing or wrong. Try to check with the dependencywalker. Maybe you just installed the wrong package?

Best regards
Stephan
