Frame rate seem stuck at 20 fps

Frame rate seem stuck at 20 fps

Anyone have this issue? I can run in a monitor at 60+fps, but in the Rift on XP11 it is always at 20 fps. I have tried turning off VSync, changing sliders etc, but I always seem to be at 20 fps?

I had this issue for ages then it just changed one day and I don't know why ??? Try a higher limit on the flyinside UI ?
