aerobask pipistrel panthera

Postby anubhav100 » Thu Mar 30, 2017 12:00 am

Is anyone on this forum able to fly the aerobask pipistrel panthera at all? For me the fps is abysmal (below 15 fps although ATW is 90). Makes for a stuttery and jerky experience. Anyone else?

I am flying it with HDR and low textures because of the black screen bug. The FPS are not amazing, but usually it stays above 30!

Nice thread! I was thinking about buying that plane because of all the good reviews about it.

Is it that performance hungry?

More than the usual GA aircraft because of the Skyview/GTN, but less than the IXEG I would say! Nevertheless, very happy with the bird.

I've just bought this one, in the sale, to go along with the Eclipse 550NG and first impressions are very positive. Just flown from LOWI to LOWS and back again and it is very nice, with a fairly solid 45/90 fps reading all the way.

I know i should have read the manual as it took me a while to figure out why my left fuel tank was emptying, whilst the right one just sat there with loads of fuel, but thankfully i figured it out before the left one ran out completely.

I think that this one will be my aircraft of choice for getting some VFR flying done and making the most of XP11's scenery although it might be tough to stop myself being lazy and making too much use of the superb avionics.

Great plane. Easy to land, great avionics. Not seeing any impact on FPS.

Not my cup of tea, too modern LOL I had some points to spare on the store and this took my eye = http://store-x-plane-org.3dcartstores.c ... p_283.html

Superb in VR and none of those fancy MFD's in this one ;)
