GPU issue

I have a 1080 Ti with the latest driver I getting around low 40 with basic setting. Is there any way to increase my frame rate? I have a my GPU utility graph up and it say only 45% to 50% of my gpu is been use. Is there a way to optimize flyinside for it to use more of my GPU?

I have read that topic I'm not getting too bad of FPS. I just wondering if there a way to configure the ini file so FI can use more of my hardware so I can increase the frame rate. At my setting now I'm getting between 25-35 FPS and it only using 45-50% of my GPU and about 25-28% of my CPU.
