XP fail to start program

Installed the program on PC. Enabled side loading. No issues until I tried to start the program. Message came back with "code execution cannot proceed because D3Dcompiler_43.dll was not found. Reinstalling program max fix problem".

Tried to install the program a few time in both the xplane 10 as well as 11 directly. Same message.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks Stephan, that solved the problem.

I only had time to run through to one quick start before I left for work. Was in the bell 206 floating around in water (no airport). For some reason I was in located in the left seat halfway into the back of the heli. From the 10 seconds I saw it looks great and I cant wait to dig in a bit more and get the settings sorted out so I can try out the rest of the heli's
